- Helpdesk & Communication: Respond to helpdesk calls within the required timeframe, create case IDs, and update team leaders, engineers, managers, and clients on work progress and closures.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for ACMV, electrical, mechanical, fire protection systems, and minor builder works; attend to emergencies like flooding, pipe bursts, and power trips.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Inspect lifts daily, monitor alarms for BMS, Fire Alarm, and M&E systems, record and analyze electrical, BTU, and water consumption, and report anomalies promptly.
- Site Inspections & Investigations: Conduct walkthrough inspections in cleanrooms, labs, and offices, identify defects, and use M&E drawings for on-site investigations.
