Job Description:
Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Shipper & Receiver is responsible for all functions and paperwork related to all incoming material to Sicom Industries. They are responsible for ensuring that goods received match the purchase order. They are also responsible for the packaging and crating/palletizing of manufactured goods to be delivered to customers and/or subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loads/unloads shipments.
- Manages the placement of inventory in the shop and yard.
- Records and reviews quality and quantity of goods received for conformity to Sicom Industries purchase orders.
- Provides all received documentation including waybills and certificates to the AP/QC Dept.
- Physically verifies the material received against the paperwork and purchase order and reports any discrepancies...
