Job Description

            Shipping and Receiving Supervisor $60,000.- $ 65,000.00 + Quarter Bonus and Generous 401K [Total Bonus -Potential 20 % ] Great Benefits The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient coordination of all outbound shipping activities within a steel manufacturing environment. This role ensures timely shipment execution, proper load configuration, and effective communication across production, planning, and inventory functions. The supervisor also oversees yard operations and supports continuous flow of materials from production to outbound delivery.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

·High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred

·5+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination in a manufacturing environment (steel or heavy industry preferred)

·Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
