Job Overview
The Import & Documentation Executive is responsible for managing theend-to-end import documentation process, includingorder processing, permit applications, customs clearance, SFA inspection and coordination of cargo movement. You will be the key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely and compliant importation and distribution of goods.
Key Responsibilities- Handle full set of import documentation includingairway bills (AWB), invoices, packing lists,import permits, andcustoms documents.
- Perform order processing, permit declaration, payment, and shipping documentationaccurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise withinternal departmentsandexternal stakeholdersfor thestorage, transportation, and depot coordinationof cargo.
