Job Description
We are looking for a Shipping Executive to support our growing import and export operations. No prior shipping experience is required; comprehensive on‑the‑job training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is organized, meticulous, and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and process shipping and import/export documentation
- Liaise with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners regarding shipment arrangements.
- Coordinate with bonded warehouse operators and transport providers to ensure timely movement of goods from the port to our warehouse.
- Track shipment schedules and monitor cargo arrival dates.
- Assist with customs clearance and regulatory documentation.
- Liaise with government agencies such as Singapore Food Agency (SFA) and Singapore Customs when required.
- Ensure all shipping records and documents are properly filed and maintained.
