Job Description

            1. Coordination Across Departments:  Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate shipment and order fulfillment. 
 2. Preparation of Shipping Documents:  Work with freight forwarders to arrange documentation, such as CCP & CO. 
Verify invoices against Sales Order confirmations and pick lists. 
Send invoices to customers for payments and actions. 
Application of CITES permits. 
Prepare documents for Ordinary Certificate of Origin. 
Create Packing Lists, Tag Lists, and Inspection/ Collection Forms to facilitate packing and inspection processes. 
 3. Shipment Logistics & Coordination:  Prepare Shipping Instructions for freight bookings, including flight scheduling based on customer requests.
