Shipping & Logistic Executive (Melaka)

Job Summary

Oversees finish goods warehouse for order delivery fulfillment and manage warehouse efficiently and safely. Liaise with forwarders and ensuring on-time delivery to meet both business and customer needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and forwarding agents for cargo readiness, vessel booking, arrange shipment/ delivery, domestic or international and ensure goods were loaded to truck/ container in good condition and ascertain inbound & outbound shipments were cleared promptly (POD).
• Prepare, review, confirm and follow up the accuracy information of import and export shipping documentation such as Invoice, BL, COO, ISF and etc. in compliance with different customers/ countries’ requirements.
• Source and ensure the most competitive transportation and freight costs from shipping/ forwarding/ transport suppliers (Land / Air / Sea / Courier).
