Shipping Officer (AirFreight, Jurong East)

Coordinate and manage end-to-end air freight import operations, ensuring timely receipt, handling, and delivery of cargo.

Liaise closely with airlines, customers, ground handlers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo movement.

Prepare, process, and verify air waybills (AWB), customs clearance documentation, billing, and invoices.

Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to customers and internal teams.

Handle operational exceptions such as shipment delays, damages, discrepancies, and claims, ensuring prompt resolution.

Ensure compliance with air cargo regulations, company SOPs, and industry standards.

Work collaboratively with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to support service excellence.
