**Job Title: Receiving Clerk**
**Job Description**
This role is responsible for accurately receiving, handling, preserving, storing, and shipping parts and equipment in a manufacturing environment. The Receiving Clerk ensures all incoming materials match purchase orders, are properly entered into the inventory system, and are stored safely and efficiently, while also preparing outgoing shipments in accordance with company quality standards and safety procedures.

**Responsibilities**

+ Receive incoming products and materials, verify them against purchase orders, and ensure accuracy of quantities and part numbers.
+ Enter received parts and materials into the Visual Manufacturing System or other ERP system to maintain accurate inventory records.
+ Handle, preserve, and store incoming products in accordance with company procedures to prevent damage and ensure traceability.
