SHIPYARD PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Summary You will serve as a SHIPYARD PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT in the STRUCTURAL SHOP, PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will execute a training program which will provide a properly trained work force. You will shift personnel and facilities accordingly. You will determine personnel, material, equipment, and facilities needed. You will provide managerial and technical expertise in preparation of bids and in subsequent execution of competitively awarded work. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
