Shop Fiberglass Fabrication Technician Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

Job Summary

The Shop Fiberglass Fabrication Technician is responsible for fabricating structures using structural FRP shapes. On‑the‑job training will be provided to teach all aspects of FRP structural fabrication.

Work Activities

• Taking accurate measurements
• Cutting and drilling materials
• Laying out materials for cutting
• Performing regular equipment maintenance
• Assisting other technicians with shop tasks
• Processing raw materials for daily production

Requirements

• High School diploma (minimum)
• General fabrication skills
• Experience using hand tools and shop power tools
• Ability to stage raw materials for production
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
