Position Summary:
Were looking for a hands-on Shop Foreman to lead our technicians, manage shop workflow, and keep jobs moving efficiently. This role requires strong diagnostic ability, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of diesel trucks and heavy equipment systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the shop and coordinate technician workload
- Assign and prioritize repair orders for trucks, trailers, and equipment
