- Delivery (CT and MT) of products conforming to the workshops engagement while respecting SMQDC performance and other standards.
- Coherence of jobs / competencies with the current needs and to develop the responsibilisation of OR teams.
- Continuous performance improvement in the Workshop in line with the plans while respecting MMW and GS approaches.
