The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Shop Manager for heavy equipment and mechanics that work in demolition, excavation, underground utilities, roads/heavy highway, or water treatment construction projects. - Plans, coordinates, organizes, oversees, and directs activities regarding Heavy Equipment repair and maintenance
