Shop Sales Operator (Independent Contractor)

Scope of Service

This role is strictly offered on an independent contractor basis and does not constitute an employment position. No employer–employee relationship will exist under South African labour legislation. The contractor will provide shop sales and operational services under a commercial Independent Contractor Agreement and will not be appointed as an employee of the company. Service availability is expected to cover shifts of up to eight (8) hours per day, with a maximum availability of forty-five (45) hours per week, based on retail operational requirements. These hours relate to service coverage and operational planning and do not represent working hours under employment laws .
