What you will do

• Drive Growth:
  • Translate commercial strategies into innovative omnichannel customer programs to drive sustainable growth actively co‑leading the deployment of the CD EDGE strategy across the team and acting as a role model in reinforcing the CD Fundamentals. Take ownership to ensure Omni Demand Generation Plans are flawlessly executed and embedded within the sales team and with key customers, understanding shopper needs and profile by customer.
  • Adapt and lead the implementation of key company strategies, including new product launches, shopper campaigns, and exclusive promotions, challenging the status quo to drive innovation and long‑term success.
