Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to lead the daily operations of a high-performing automotive dealership showroom. The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional automotive retail experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee full showroom operations and sales performance
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Drive customer satisfaction and ensure premium service standards
- Monitor KPIs, conversion ratios, footfall performance, and revenue growth
- Manage inventory display, vehicle presentation, and showroom standards
- Coordinate with marketing team to drive walk-ins and lead generation
- Handle high-value client negotiations and key account relationships
- Prepare sales reports and performance forecasts for senior management
