As the Showroom Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of the plumbing showroom including the team, sales, operations, and financial performance while providing the leadership required to meet or exceed financial targets and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and meet or exceed sales, product and gross profit targets while growing profit sharing
- Recruit, develop, coach, and lead a team of world‑class salespeople
- Develop and build strong relationships with designers, home builders and architects to grow profitable sales
- Set individual product line and teammate sales goals and hold the team accountable for meeting or exceeding sales and gross profit targets
- Analyze financial performance and implement appropriate strategies to increase sales, improve margins, manage assets, and increase both ROI and profit sharing
