Job Description
In this position within Wolfspeed's Power Device Technology Development department, you will be leading the modeling efforts of SiC Power Devices, with an emphasis on physics‐based, predictive, statistical device model development. Responsibilities Lead development efforts in physics based, predictive and statistical device modeling for a wide variety of Silicon Carbide power devices. Develop advanced modeling methodologies to accurately represent behaviors of SiC power devices in power systems using LTSPICE and Verilog‐A. Develop automated model parameter extraction methods with good fitment using experimental and virtual (TCAD) structures. Perform TCAD calibration for accurate device physics modeling. Participate in power device characterization methods (static and dynamic) and test structure development for model parameter extraction.
