Job Description
NorthCo is hiring a Siding Crew Chief to lead one of our exterior crews in the field. This is a full‑time role for someone who knows siding inside and out, leads with confidence, and takes pride in running a tight, safe, well‑organized jobsite.
You'd be the person setting the tone on‑site — keeping crews moving, quality high, and clients informed. We're looking for a siding pro who can still swing a hammer with the best of them, but who's ready to step up, lead a crew, and bring out the best in the people working alongside them.
If you've spent years on the tools, know how to run a crew, and want to be part of a company raising the bar in the exterior space, this is your lane.
