The Silo Manager is responsible for the effective management of the silo to ensure optimal profitability, safe and compliant operations, excellent customer service and efficient administrative and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage silo operations to meet budget and profitability targets.


• Supervise, train and manage silo staff, including performance management and rostering.


• Oversee customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.


• Ensure sound financial practices, manage budgets and control costs within the department.


• Maintain accurate administrative records, reporting and stock control.
