Simulation: Entrepreneurship with Special Needs Adults
The simulation will focus on developing an entrepreneurial mindset, fostering creativity and problem-solving skills, and building self-confidence.
This simulation is to introduce special needs students to the concept of entrepreneurship and provide them with a practical understanding of what it takes to start and run a business.
Duration:The simulation will be conducted over a period of 3 months, with regular sessions scheduled to allow for hands‑on activities with our Special Need Adults, discussions, and feedback.
Role:A general module would be given to the volunteer to understand why each phase is important. However, volunteers are more than welcome to pitch/share their entrepreneurship ideas that are doable by our special needs adults. For example, making art into merchandise, selling beverages or food, and providing services (designs).
