Manages contract negotiations, compliance, and vendor performance, while coordinating with lessors and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and resolution of operational issues.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with SAQ National Head and Territory Portfolio Lead (to formulate plans and programs to ensure achievement of target and identify improvement opportunities to drive efficient team operations.
Schedule FTK vendor performance review with team leader towards delivery of required services according to the agreed scope and standards
Conduct thorough and regular monitoring and update on the status of the project with vendor partner
Conduct field audits to ensure consistency in vendor performance
Drives use of tools and compliance to ways of working
Ensures vendor manpower and other resources sufficient to support the target
