The ideal candidate will manage site operations, coordinate with main contractors, and lead workers to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily site operations, including workers’ attendance, performance, training courses, and work discipline.
- Lead and guide workers to ensure projects progress smoothly and resolve any hurdles on‑site.
- Interpret and understand construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Ensure safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines are met.
