Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure site construction works are carried out as per requirements in the drawings / specification (pass down all relevant information to the foremen or supervisor at site).
- Ensure the safety and well-being of workers.
- Inspect site construction work to ensure quality of work.
- Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and attend site meetings to ensure the project proceeds smoothly.
- Monitor project progress and prepare progress reports.
- Plan, lead and supervise workers on site.
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, progress claims and other project execution documentation.
- Prepare, submit and follow up with authorities on approval and clearance.
- Review project specification and technical clarifications.
