Job Description
Site Engineer/Project Coordinator Job Description:
- Expanding Main Contractor looking for Site Engineer/Project Coordinator to be in charge of planning and coordination of projects
- Report to Project Director / Project Manager
- Liaise with Consultants, Sub-Constructors and Vendors to ensure smooth progression and timely completion of quality works in accordance to schedule within required regulations/contract specifications
- To prepare and submit progress reports as required by consultants and clients
- To monitor project costs including variation works
- Ensure workers adhere to health and safety regulations
- To coordinate and work with other departments and Vendors
- To ensure all Quality Documentation is implemented and maintained
- To manage project and ensure successful completion as well as hand over of projects to the Clients
