Key Accountabilities: 
Provides Emergency Preparedness expertise and knowledge in support of the EP Program.
Supports the drill and exercise program by performing or supporting scenario development, evaluation, reporting, and performance improvement.
Generally assigned an EP function(s) as either the primary or secondary for the site.
Keeps EP Leadership apprised of issues pertaining to compliance, continuous improvement, or relationships.
Develops a network of industry peers through professional development, such as industry working groups, conferences, or trainings. 
Advocate and present ideas for continuous improvement of the EP program. 
Support or lead programmatic changes and innovation activities. 
Support or lead cause analysis, when appropriate, to understand drivers to gaps identified in the EP Program. 
Other duties, as assigned by EP Leadership.
