About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Site Engineer to oversee on‑site construction and fit‑out activities for retail environments. You'll ensure that the project is executed safely, on schedule, on budget and to specification from coordinating sub‑contractors through to quality checks and site handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications and scope of work for each retail fit‑out project; assist in setting up the site program, material and manpower plan.
- Monitor daily site activities: supervise subcontractors, installation works, progress of tasks vs the programme, report discrepancies and expedite delays.
- Coordinate with MEP, interior fit‑out, joinery, finishes and other trades to ensure works integrate smoothly and meet technical requirements.
