Site Engineer

The person is responsible for the site operations and management of the execution works. He shall be responsible for completing the work on time, with at most quality and within the budget.

Responsibilities
1.To ensure that all of the work is done on time and within the projected budget.
2.To ensure that the construction project is compliant with current building codes as well as any other legal or regulatory requirements.
3.Must carefully plan out each stage of the project to ensure successful completion.
4.Develop detailed project plans and can use these as a benchmark to track overall progress. Track the progress of this plan, and effectively communicate the plan with employees and clients.
5.Create benchmarks which are all the checkpoints during the construction project used to evaluate and determine project health. They are used to estimate a project’s timeline, budget, and the efficiency of its progress.
