Site Engineer - MEP

Job Purpose

The MEP Site Engineer – Plumping & Drainage is responsible for organizing, supervising, executing, monitoring and controlling the Plumping & Drainage works installation activities under MEP works in residential, commercial and industrial buildings.

Job Responsibilities

• Review the approved construction drawings and ensure the required approvals and documentations for the site installation works are available at site.
• Derive schedule of Plumping & Drainage works packages from the overall MEP Project schedules and prepare for the site works execution.
• Plan site resource and materials requirement and coordinate for the delivery of materials and other resources in line with schedules.
• Manage the site resources, execution, progress and productivity of Plumping & Drainage works.
• Assess the materials requirement at site and compare the same with the bill of materials provided.
