Site Finder/Business Development Officer

Responsibilities

• Identify potential store locations based on company specifications.
• Conduct site searches within designated areas as directed by the Expansion Manager.
• Obtain and directly communicate with landlords to discuss property availability.
• Gather and verify necessary information before preparing proposals.
• Ensure the availability of relevant property documentation.
• Promptly report any significant matters or incidents to the Expansion Manager.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in site acquisition, business development, or a related role.
• Experience in retail or the petroleum industry is an advantage.
