Job Description
Site HSE Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi
Project: PMC EPC project
Experience Required
- Minimum 12–15 years experience in HSE for construction, fabrication, installation, and/or commissioning projects in oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
- At least 5 years in a lead HSE position managing a team of HSE professionals.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a specialist HSE role.
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent (subject to approval by ADNOC Group).
- Other HSE certifications (considered at ADNOC Group discretion) – mandatory.
- Lead auditor for ISO 45001/ISO 14001 or equivalent.
- Incident investigation technique.
- Additional HSE trainings or certifications will be an advantage.
- Experience with ADNOC EPC Mega Projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
