Site Manager

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This role requires an experienced Manager who can work autonomously and confidently manage all aspects of site coordination. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong history of independently running residential renovation and addition projects from commencement through to completion.
This is a fixed-term contract role for an initial period of 3-6 months.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and tradespeople

Coordinate daily site activities and work schedules

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans
