Site Manager Boeing Workforce Training Center

WSU Tech’s National Center for Aviation Training (NCAT) has partnered with Boeing Wichita to establish the Boeing Workforce Training Center — an approximately 35,000-square-foot facility located near WSU Tech’s South Campus at East Harry Street and South Oliver Avenue. The center will serve as a centralized training hub for Boeing Wichita’s workforce, with the capacity to support thousands of trainees annually. The Site Manager – Training Operations Leader will stand up and lead all operations from the ground, serving as WSU Tech’s primary point of accountability to Boeing leadership on day one.

This is a high-visibility, high-accountability role. The person in this seat will be expected to build and sustain a professional, disciplined training environment that meets Boeing’s workforce development standards while upholding WSU Tech’s commitment to operational excellence.
