 Build Recruitment are proud to be representing a leading social housing contractor based in the London area who are looking for a highly skilled Site Manager to join their team in Chichester on a temporary basis. 

Day to Day duties of the Site Manager: 
Deliver the planned works project and SHDF works on social housing properties

Works will consist of a external and SHDF works (Windows, doors, air-source heat pumps, solar panels etc..) 

General oversight of trades operatives and subcontractors ensuring health & safety is followed on site. 

Carry out toolbox talks 

Ensure targets are met to a high standard and within time/budgets 
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):  
SMSTS 

First Aid 

Manual driving licence
