Job Description
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Coordinating trades, supervisors, and foremen
- Driving programme and site productivity
- Ensuring safety, quality, and delivery targets are met
- Managing projects from excavation/basement stage through to handover
- Maintaining strong communication with project teams and stakeholders
- Proven experience delivering units, townhouses, or multi-residential projects
- Successfully managed projects from basement to completion
- Strong experience overseeing trades, foremen, and site supervisors
- Solid understanding of local construction processes and subcontractor networks
- Previous experience working within the Brisbane or Gold Coast market
- Must have QBCC license and own vehicle
- Strong pipeline of upcoming projects and long-term stability
