SITE MANAGER (NIGHT SHIFT)

Site Manager Responsibilities - Underground Pipelaying (Sewer, Water, Electrical, Telecom)
1. Site Supervision & Daily Management Oversee daily site activities for trenching, pipe laying, conduit installation, and backfilling. Supervise site crews, subcontractors, and equipment operators to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently. Monitor adherence to construction drawings, specifications, and project schedule. 2. Coordination of Trades & Utilities Coordinate multiple utility installations (sewer, water, electrical, telecom) to avoid conflicts and rework. Sequence work to ensure proper installation order and minimize disruption. Liaise with utility companies for inspections, tie-ins, and service connections. 3. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Compliance Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and internal safety procedures. Conduct daily toolbox talks and site safety inspections.
