Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Labour Law, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- HR or IR certifications will be advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a site management, operations management, or branch management role.
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing HR and IR functions.
- Experience chairing disciplinary hearings and handling grievances.
- Experience dealing with unions and labour-related matters.
- Exposure to CCMA processes is advantageous.
- Knowledge:Labour Relations Act (LRA),Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA),Employment Equity Act (EEA),Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), industrial relations best practices, workforce planning and employee relations.
