Job description: . Responsible for organizing, supervising, and directing project construction activities to successfully meet project specifications and schedules as Contractor's principal representative to Owner at the jobsite. . Forms preliminary construction plans including organization, staffing, and administration, subject to review by the Project Manager. . Studies specifications to plan construction procedures monitors procurement of equipment and materials to be delivered to conform towork schedules. . Finalizes assignment of field construction personnel and mobilization plan of manpower assembles members of organization at the start of the project. . Authorizes work and services to be purchased from outside sources or subcontracted at the jobsite in accordance with construction policy and project economics. .
