Job Description
Position Overview
Equans is looking for a Site Manager to join our team in Venture House, Greasbrough Street, Rotherham S60 1RF on a permanent basis. This is a full‑time role working 40 hours per week. Salary of £30,000 per annum with a benefits package.
Shift Times
Monday to Friday
Any 8hrs between 6:00am – 22:00pm
1hr Unpaid lunch
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day‑to‑day running and security of the site.
- Ensure all safeguarding requirements are met, including relevant training.
- Lead a team of multi‑skilled caretakers to provide an exceptional service to all project stakeholders.
- Provide an effective, efficient, reactive and planned maintenance service for the school, upholding the required standards outlined in the PFI Performance Management document.
