Site Manager: Warehouse & Distribution

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations (in round, outbound, inventory control and order fulfilment) to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and all health and safety requirements.
• Monitor operations KPI’s and implement corrective actions where required and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as primary on-site point of contact for the clients; manage escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure service level agreements (SLA’s) are met or exceeded, provide regular performance reporting and lead client review meetings.- lead, motivate and develop site team (supervisors, warehouse operatives and administrative personnel, manage workforce planning, training and performance reviews.
• Manage site budget and cost control, identify opportunities for costs savings and operational efficiencies.
