Site PMO / Program Management Leader

**Role Summary**

As a Site PMO you are responsible for program health of all NPD programs at CTC. You will directly be managing “AME Key Programs” identified at CTC as a Program Manager. For other NPD programs managed by Engg you will be responsible to have an oversight and guide program managers in PDP2.0 process adherence or help them in areas like risk mitigation. As dedicated program manager, you will manage NPD program communication and coordination, developing and defining baseline key performance metrics, defining investments, and schedules. You will spearheading key program updates and passport reviews with all levels of leadership. With focus on results, your goal is to deliver each program On-Spec, On-Time and Within Budget.
