Your Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Site Services Team Leader based at our Avonmouth site. The main purpose of this role is to Manage the Site Services Team and support all departments to achieve a highest standards of cleaning and hygiene on site, including aspects of pest control and waste management.
 Your Responsibilities

Working safely, including review and training out of relevant risk SOPs and participation in safe working programs.

Train, and develop Site Services team members to enable them to work safely and efficiently, enabling progression where possible

Effective control of COSHH requirements (with EHS Manager).

Helping to ensure a high standard of cleaning and hygiene on site to always achieve audit readiness (including GMP audits and accurate record keeping).

Work with Pest Control Contractor to ensure effective pest control management, and system progression.
