Our Site Superintendent keeps our Esker Site running safely, smoothly and to a high standard, every day. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the full daily operation of our remote northern Ontario site: leading your team, managing logistics and maintenance, overseeing health and safety and ensuring everyone who lives and works at Esker does so in a safe, and well-supported environment.
This is a hands‑on leadership role that carries real accountability. You'll work closely with the Site Manager and operational teams across the business, coordinating with contractors, health and safety professionals and logistics providers to keep everything moving.
