Key Responsibilities . ELV & Security Systems Expertise: Oversee installation and coordination of systems such as PA, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, BMS, CCTV, and Card Access. . Project Management: Manage the full project cycle independently with minimal supervision. . Coordination: Liaise with main contractors and subcontractors to resolve project coordination and installation issues. . Quality Assurance: Inspect site installations against shop drawings, CSD drawings, and Method Statements. . Compliance: Prepare and submit inspection forms for approval by RE/RTO. . Progress Monitoring: Track site activities, report obstructions to main contractors, and ensure timely inspections, testing, and commissioning sign-offs. . Safety Oversight: Ensure all workers comply with workplace safety requirements. . Documentation: Update As-built drawings and hand over to engineers. .
