Design and Build are recruiting for a site supervisor on behalf of a nationally recognised home builder for a brand new medium-density project starting in Clyde.

Our clients are looking for a supervisor who has a minimum of 4 years of medium-density supervision experience, that can also display leadership by mentoring junior supervisors.

- Sites in Clyde.
- Supervising medium-density projects.
- Looking after sites within the one area.
- Opportunity to lead and mentor junior supervisors.

Skills & experience 
- Minimum of 4 years experience in medium-density supervising.
-  Ability to read and interpret plans.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and trades.
- Strong trade base in the Southeast.
