Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the work of and in-house workers.
- Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
- Cooperate with safety personnel to ensure adherence to health and safety at all times.
- Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
- Attend the daily toolbox meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
- Maintain and update work progress records, housekeeping and prepare reports.
- Responsible for manpower planning and usage at site.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned.
- Possess Building Construction Safety Supervisors (BCSS) Certificate.
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in the building and construction industry (structure works).
- Able to understand design drawings and meet main contractor’s requirements.
