Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Project coordinator, manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality.
- Ensure performance complies with specifications, technical clarifications, and drawings.
- Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site.
- To ensure delivered construction materials are of specified requirements.
- Prepare daily site reports, take site progress, check and take site measurements.
- Minimise material and manpower wastage.
- Handle labour and supplier disputes.
- Conduct daily toolbox meeting.
- Able to rectify and supervise works done on site.
- Able to work on weekend/public holiday.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum Certificate requirement in Safety Supervisor. <...
