Site Supervisor with PLC Experience Market-Related Salary

Duties & Responsibilities

Liaise with clients, in order to maintain and improve service levels.

Perform site inspections independently and report findings.

Do repairs and maintenance of new and existing systems.

Manage and plan new installations.

Respond to breakdowns.

Train assistants as well as supervise assistants, as and when necessary.

Travel outside of Cape Town on short notice.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Job-specific requirements:

Have recognisable technical qualifications - RED SEAL Electrician.

Minimum 5 years working experience as a RED SEAL Electrician.

Solid PLC programming experience is non-negotiable.

Be experienced in fault finding – must be able to work unsupervised.

Problem solving ability.

Must be physically and medically fit and able to work in the cold at -20° Celsius, for varying lengths of time.

Have the ability to work at heights.
