Job Summary
Manage subcontractors and daily operations to ensure timely progress and cost control of M&E and builder works, maintaining strong client and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities- Manage subcontractors and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare detailed progress reports and claims to track project status and financials
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors to facilitate collaboration
- Control and monitor project costs to meet budgetary targets and optimize resource use
- Oversee mechanical and electrical (M&E) installations and builder works to ensure compliance with standards and timelines
- Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical and electrical (M&E) works
